Girl) gets into a horrible car wreck and is in the hospital in a coma. Her bestfriend, whom has always been secretly in love with her, stuck by her side the whole time. The nurses that were there always assumed he was her boyfriend, and so when (girl) wakes up without any memory the nurses tell her her boyfriend can help her. Her best friend is surprised they think he is her boyfriend at first, but decides to play along with it anyways. Will things go smoothly? Or will someone jog her memory?
